A bunch of architecture nerds who genuinely believe buildings can change lives
Started in 2018 with three architects who were frankly tired of designing cookie-cutter condos that nobody actually wanted to live in. We'd sit around after work, sketching ideas on napkins about what Vancouver really needed - not just more buildings, but spaces that made sense for how people actually live.
Fast forward to now, we're a team of 12 passionate folks who've worked on everything from heritage restorations in Gastown to modern sustainable housing projects in Surrey. Yeah, we've won some awards, but honestly? The best moments are when clients tell us they love coming home.
We're not gonna pretend we have all the answers. Urban planning is messy, sustainability requirements keep changing, and every project throws something unexpected at us. But that's kinda what makes it exciting, right?

The humans behind the blueprints and late-night revision sessions
Look, we're not gonna lie - architecture projects can be complicated. But here's how we try to keep things straightforward:
Besides too much coffee and tight deadlines
Not just slapping solar panels on everything and calling it green. We dig into materials, energy systems, and long-term environmental impact. Yeah, it takes more time upfront, but that's kinda the point.
Buildings don't exist in a vacuum. We think about how they fit into neighborhoods, affect traffic, create public spaces. Sometimes that means having tough conversations with developers, but that's part of the job.
Pretty renderings are nice, but if a space doesn't function well, we've failed. We obsess over flow, natural light, acoustics - all the stuff you don't notice until it's wrong. Form follows function isn't just a saying here.
Whether you're planning a single-family home, a commercial development, or trying to figure out if that heritage building can be saved - let's talk. We do free initial consultations because honestly, we like hearing about projects and meeting new people.
Fair warning though: we'll ask a lot of questions, probably sketch on whatever paper's nearby, and definitely geek out about building codes. If that sounds good to you, we'll probably get along great.
